The present invention relates to a livestock manure treatment system, which enables rapid fermentation of livestock manure; even in winter when the temperature is low, can maximize power generation efficiency using methane gas generated during a fermentation process of livestock manure; and transforms organic wastes, such as livestock manure, into liquid fertilizer while eliminating malodors in a livestock barn. The livestock manure treatment system is configured to process wastewater discharged from a manure storage tank into liquid fertilizer and to capture the methane gas generated from the manure storage tank and use same to generate power using a methane gas generator. Further, the livestock manure treatment system is characterized in that: a filter mesh body is installed on the bottom of the manure storage tank, and a heat exchange room is provided below the filter mesh body, the heat exchange room including first and second heat exchange conduits installed therein, wherein the first heat exchange conduit is connected to a cooling water conduit for cooling a gas engine unit in the methane gas generator, and the second heat exchange conduit is connected to a water heating container including a heat exchange conduit, wherein exhaust gas discharged from the methane gas generator passes through the heat exchange conduit, thus enabling heat exchange of the manure storage tank; a vent provided on one upper side of the livestock barn is connected to a discharge conduit, wherein a spray nozzle is installed on the discharge conduit, and from the spray nozzle, fine water droplets are sprayed under high pressure into the exhaust gas, causing same to contain water; and a tip portion in a travelling direction of the discharge conduit is connected to a steam separator, causing water to fall downward and air to be discharged upward, thereby eliminating the malodors.

La présente invention concerne un système de traitement d'effluents d'élevage, qui : permet une fermentation rapide d'effluents d'élevage ; peut maximiser l'efficacité de production d'énergie à l'aide du méthane généré pendant un processus de fermentation d'effluents d'élevage, même en hiver lorsque la température est basse ; et transforme des déchets organiques, tels que des effluents d'élevage, en engrais liquide tout en éliminant les mauvaises odeurs dans un bâtiment d'élevage. Le système de traitement d'effluents d'élevage est configuré pour traiter les eaux usées provenant d'une citerne à lisier en engrais liquide et pour capturer le méthane généré par la citerne à lisier et l'utiliser pour générer de l'énergie à l'aide d'un générateur de méthane. En outre, le système de traitement d'effluents d'élevage est caractérisé en ce que : un corps de filtre à tamis est installé sur le fond de la citerne à lisier, et un logement d'échange de chaleur est disposé sous le corps de filtre à tamis, des premier et second conduits d'échange de chaleur installés à l'intérieur du logement d'échange de chaleur, le premier conduit d'échange de chaleur étant relié à un conduit d'eau de refroidissement pour refroidir une unité de moteur à gaz dans le générateur de méthane, et le second conduit d'échange de chaleur étant relié à un récipient de chauffage d'eau comprenant un conduit d'échange de chaleur, le gaz d'échappement sortant du générateur de gaz de méthane passant à travers le conduit d'échange de chaleur, permettant ainsi un échange de chaleur de la citerne à lisier ; un évent disposé sur un côté supérieur du bâtiment d'élevage est relié à un conduit d'évacuation, une buse de pulvérisation étant installée sur le conduit d'évacuation, et à partir de laquelle de fines gouttelettes d'eau sont pulvérisées sous haute pression dans le gaz d'échappement, de sorte qu'ils contiennent de l'eau ; et une partie d'extrémité dans une direction de déplacement du conduit d'évacuation est reliée à un séparateur de vapeur, ce qui fait que l'eau tombe vers le bas et l'air est évacué vers le haut, éliminant ainsi les mauvaises odeurs.

본 발명은 축산 분뇨의 신속하게 발효되고, 온도가 낮은 동절기에도 분뇨의 발효과정에서 발생되는 메탄가스를 이용한 발전효율을 극대화시킬 수 있도록 함과 아울러 축산 분뇨 등의 유기성 폐기물은 액비화하고 축사의 악취는 제거할 수 있도록 한 축산 분뇨 처리장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 분뇨저장탱크에서 배출되는 폐수는 액비화되고, 분뇨저장탱크에서 발생되는 메탄가스는 포집되어 메탄가스 발전기를 통해 발전이 이루어지는 축산 분뇨 처리장치에 있어서, 상기 분뇨저장탱크내의 하부에 여과망체가 설치되고 여과망체의 하부에 제1,2열교환관이 설치된 열교환실을 구비하되 상기 제1열교환관은 메탄가스 발전기의 가스엔진부를 냉각하기 위한 냉각수관과 연결되고, 상기 제2열교환관은 메탄가스 발전기를 거쳐 배출되는 배기가스가 내부를 통과하는 열교환관이 설치된 온수가열통과 연결되어 분뇨저장탱크의 열교환이 이루어지는 것을 포함하며,상기 축사의 상부 일측에 구비된 환기구는 배출관로와 연결하되 배출관로의 관로상에 분사노즐이 설치되어 분사노즐에서 배출공기에 미세한 물입자를 고압으로 분사시켜 수분이 함유되게 하고, 상기 배출관로의 진행방향 끝단부는 기수분리기와 연결되어 수분은 하부로 낙하하고 공기는 상향 배출되어 악취를 제거하도록 한 축산 분뇨 처리장치를 특징으로 한다.
