A processed chip snack and a manufacturing method of same are disclosed. The disclosed processed chip snack and manufacturing method of same include: a core of a topping part which is formed on one surface of the processed chip; and a peripheral part which surrounds the core, wherein the height of the core from the one surface of the processed chip is higher than that of the peripheral part. Through this, the processed chip snack may be made to appear more appetizing and have added flavor, and the setting property of the topping part may be enhanced.

La présente invention concerne un en-cas du type frite traité et un procédé de fabrication associé. L'en-cas du type frite traité et le procédé de fabrication associé comprennent : un noyau d'une partie de garniture qui est formé sur une première surface de la frite traitée ; et une partie périphérique qui entoure le noyau, la hauteur du noyau à partir de la première surface de la frite traitée étant supérieure à celle de la partie périphérique. Par conséquent, l'en-cas du type frite traité peut être amené à avoir l'air plus appétissant et à être plus savoureux, et la propriété de définition de la partie de garniture peut être améliorée.

본 실시예들은 가공 칩 스낵 및 그의 제조 방법을 개시한다. 개시된 가공 ㅊ비 스낵 및 그의 제조 방법은 가공 칩의 일 면에 형성된 토핑부의 코어와 코어를 둘러싸는 주변부를 포함하며, 가공 칩의 일 면으로부터 코어의 높이는 주변부의 높이보다 높게 이루어진다. 이를 통해, 가공 칩 스낵을 더욱 먹음직스럽게 보이게 하고 풍미를 더할 수 있으며, 토핑부의 세팅성을 향상시킬 수 있다.
