The present invention relates to a motion platform using a weight compensation mechanism, and a control method thereof. More specifically, the present invention comprises: a lower body which supports a load and a weight and maintains a stationary state; an upper body which is spaced apart from the lower body and to which a motion is output; a plurality of driving units which are provided between the upper body and the lower body and output the motion to the upper body; a weight compensating unit which is provided between the upper body and the lower body and compensates for weight during the lowering and raising operations of the upper body; and a motion controller and a weight compensation controller that control a final output for each of the drive units on the basis of simulator feedback information.

La présente invention concerne une plateforme de mouvement utilisant un mécanisme de compensation de poids, et son procédé de commande. Plus précisément, la présente invention comprend : un corps inférieur qui supporte une charge et un poids et garde un état fixe ; un corps supérieur qui est espacé du corps inférieur et auquel un mouvement est communiqué ; une pluralité d'unités d'entraînement qui sont disposées entre le corps supérieur et le corps inférieur et communiquent le mouvement au corps supérieur ; une unité de compensation de poids qui est disposée entre le corps supérieur et le corps inférieur et compense le poids pendant les opérations d'abaissement et d'élévation du corps supérieur ; et un dispositif de commande de mouvement et un dispositif de commande de compensation de poids qui commandent une sortie finale pour chacune des unités d'entraînement sur la base d'informations de rétroaction de simulateur.

본 발명은 하중보상 메커니즘을 적용한 모션 플랫폼 및 그 제어방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 부하와 하중을 지지하며 정지상태를 유지하는 하부체; 상기 하부체와 이격되어 위치되며, 모션이 출력되는 상부체; 상기 상부체와 상기 하부체 사이에 구비되어, 상기 상부체에 모션을 출력하는 복수의 구동유닛; 상기 상부체와 상기 하부체 사이에 구비되어, 상기 상부체의 하강동작시와 상승동작시 하중을 보상하는 하중보상유닛; 및 시뮬레이터 피드백 정보를 기반으로 상기 구동유닛 각각에 대한 최종출력을 제어하는 모션 제어기와 하중보상 제어기;를 포함하는에 관한 것이다.
