Provided is a VOCs removal system using slotted waveguides, comprising: a fixed cylindrical adsorption reactor filled with an adsorbent, wherein the region of the cylindrical adsorption reactor is radially split around a center axis; slotted waveguides which are arranged at each boundary between the radially split regions and which transmit microwaves to the inside of the cylindrical adsorption reactor; and a plurality of microwave modules which come in contact with the outer parts of the slotted waveguides and which are arranged at predetermined gaps along the circumference of the cylindrical adsorption reactor. According to the present invention, provided is the VOCs removal system, which uniformly emits microwaves so as to maximize regeneration efficiency, has a rotary gas distribution plate that is relatively lighter than the adsorption reactor and the microwave modules, so as to promote the simplification of equipment and the reduction of operating costs, and facilitates the control of adsorption and desorption time and, simultaneously, can perform adsorption and desorption processes in several regions so as to save energy and equipment space, thereby enabling a large amount of VOCs gas to be effectively treated.

L'invention concerne un système d'élimination de COV utilisant des guides d'ondes à fentes, comprenant : un réacteur d'adsorption cylindrique fixe rempli d'un adsorbant, la région du réacteur d'adsorption cylindrique étant fractionnée radialement autour d'un axe central ; des guides d'ondes à fentes qui sont agencés à chaque limite entre les régions radialement fractionnées et qui transmettent des micro-ondes à l'intérieur du réacteur d'adsorption cylindrique ; et une pluralité de modules micro-ondes qui entrent en contact avec les parties externes des guides d'ondes à fentes et qui sont agencés à des intervalles prédéterminés le long de la circonférence du réacteur d'adsorption cylindrique. Selon la présente invention, l'invention concerne le système d'élimination de COV, qui émet uniformément des micro-ondes de façon à maximiser l'efficacité de régénération, comprend une plaque de distribution de gaz rotative qui est relativement plus légère que le réacteur d'adsorption et les modules micro-ondes, de façon à favoriser la simplification de l'équipement et la réduction des coûts de fonctionnement, et facilite le contrôle du temps d'adsorption et de désorption et, simultanément, peut effectuer des processus d'adsorption et de désorption dans plusieurs régions de façon à économiser de l'énergie et de l'espace d'équipement, ce qui permet de traiter efficacement une grande quantité de gaz COV.

흡착제가 충진된 고정 상태의 원통형 흡착반응기; 상기 원통형 흡착반응기는 중심축을 기준으로 방사상으로 영역이 분할되며, 방사상으로 분할된 영역들의 경계면에 배치된 것으로 상기 원통형 흡착반응기의 내부로 마이크로웨이브를 전달하는 슬롯형 도파관; 및 상기 슬롯형 도파관의 외측부에 접하며 상기 원통형 흡착반응기의 둘레를 따라 일정 간격으로 배치된 복수의 마이크로웨이브 모듈을 포함하는, 슬롯형 도파관을 이용한 VOCs 제거 시스템이 제공된다. 본 발명에 따르면, 마이크로웨이브를 균일하게 조사하여 재생효율을 극대화할 수 있고, 흡착반응기와 마이크로웨이브 모듈에 비해 상대적으로 경량인 가스 분배판을 회전식으로 구비함으로써 설비의 간소화 및 운전비용 절감을 도모할 수 있고, 흡착 및 탈착 시간 제어가 용이하며, 동시에 여러 영역에서 흡착과 탈착 프로세스를 진행할 수 있어 에너지 및 설비 공간을 절약할 수 있어 대용량의 VOCs 가스를 효과적으로 처리할 수 있는 VOCs 제거 시스템을 제공할 수 있다.
