Abstract

The present invention relates to a silver nanoparticle manufacturing method using a plasma method, and an electrical contact material comprising a silver nanoparticle manufactured thereby, the manufacturing method comprising the steps of: (S100) charging a silver (Ag) raw material in a metal(loid)-based plasma mold of a reaction chamber; (S200) generating plasma by setting the vacuum level of the reaction chamber to a range of 50 to 400 torr and adjusting an applied power to a range of 7.5 to 18.7 kW, and forming a silver-metal(loid) nanocomposite particle by means of the generated plasma; and (S300) heat-treating the silver-metal(loid) nanocomposite particle.

La présente invention concerne un procédé de fabrication de nanoparticules d'argent utilisant un procédé à plasma, et un matériau de contact électrique comprenant une nanoparticule d'argent ainsi fabriquée, le procédé de fabrication comprenant les étapes consistant : (S100) à charger une matière première d'argent (Ag) dans un moule à plasma à base de métal(loïde) d'une chambre de réaction ; (S200) à générer du plasma par réglage du niveau de vide de la chambre de réaction dans une plage de 50 à 400 torr et à régler une puissance appliquée à une plage de 7,5 à 18,7 kW, et à former une particule nanocomposite d'argent-métal(loïde) au moyen du plasma généré ; et (S300) à effectuer un traitement thermique de la particule nanocomposite d'argent-métal(loïde).

본 발명은 플라즈마법을 이용한 은 나노 입자의 제조방법, 및 상기 방법에 의해 제조된 은 나노 입자를 포함하는 전기 접점재료에 대한 것으로, 상기 제조방법은 (S100) 반응 챔버의 (준)금속계 플라즈마 몰드에 은(Ag) 원료 물질을 장입하는 단계; (S200) 상기 반응 챔버의 진공도를 50 내지 400 torr 범위로 설정하고, 인가 전력을 7.5 내지 18.7 kW 범위로 조절하여 플라즈마를 생성하고, 생성된 플라즈마에 의해 은-(준)금속 나노 복합 입자를 형성하는 단계; 및 (S300) 상기 은-(준)금속 나노 복합 입자를 열처리하는 단계를 포함한다.
