A water treatment control device according to an embodiment of the present invention is provided with: an oxidation promoter supply unit that supplies an oxidation promoter to a water inlet; an ozone supply unit that supplies ozone to a reaction container group; a first organic matter amount measurement unit that measures the amount of organic matter within water to be treated prior to treatment thereof; a second organic matter amount measurement unit that measures the amount of organic matter within water to be treated after treatment thereof; and a control unit configured so as to be capable of using the amount of organic matter measured by the first organic matter amount measurement unit as a basis to adjust the amount of the oxidation promoter supplied to the water inlet by the oxidation promoter supply unit and the amount of ozone supplied to the reaction container group by the ozone supply unit, and of using the amount of organic matter measured by the second organic matter amount measurement unit as a basis to adjust the amount of the oxidation promoter supplied to the water inlet by the oxidation promoter supply unit and the amount of ozone supplied to the reaction container group by the ozone supply unit.

Un dispositif de commande de traitement d'eau selon un mode de réalisation de la présente invention comprend : une unité d'alimentation en agent promoteur d'oxydation qui fournit un agent promoteur d'oxydation à une entrée d'eau; une unité d'alimentation en ozone qui fournit de l'ozone à un groupe de récipients de réaction; une première unité de mesure de quantité de matière organique qui mesure la quantité de matière organique à l'intérieur de l'eau à traiter avant le traitement de celle-ci; une seconde unité de mesure de quantité de matière organique qui mesure la quantité de matière organique dans l'eau à traiter après traitement de celle-ci; et une unité de commande configurée de façon à pouvoir utiliser la quantité de matière organique mesurée par la première unité de mesure de quantité de matière organique en tant que base pour ajuster la quantité de l'agent promoteur d'oxydation fourni à l'entrée d'eau par l'unité d'alimentation en agent promoteur d'oxydation et la quantité d'ozone fournie au groupe de récipients de réaction par l'unité d'alimentation en ozone, et à utiliser la quantité de matière organique mesurée par la seconde unité de mesure de quantité de matière organique en tant que base pour ajuster la quantité de l'agent promoteur d'oxydation fourni à l'entrée d'eau par l'unité d'alimentation en agent promoteur d'oxydation et la quantité d'ozone fournie au groupe de récipients de réaction par l'unité d'alimentation en ozone.
