[Problem] To provide: a polybutylene terephthalate resin composition that can be used to form a molded product having excellent alkali resistance, and in addition, excellent bonding strength in a double-molded article with a polycarbonate resin molded article; and a double-molded article firmly bonded to a polycarbonate resin molded article using the resin composition. [Solution] This polybutylene terephthalate resin composition is for double-molding with respect to a molded article of a polycarbonate resin composition, and contains (A) 100 parts by mass of a polybutylene terephthalate resin, (B) 35-65 parts by mass of a polycarbonate resin having a melt viscosity of 0.40 kPa·s or less at 300°C, (C) 10-30 parts by mass of an olefin elastomer, (D) 1-3 parts by mass of a silicone compound having a kinematic viscosity of 1000-10000 cSt at 25°C, (E) 30-80 parts by mass of a filler, and (F) 1-5 parts by mass of an epoxy compound.

Le problème décrit par la présente invention est de fournir : une composition de résine de poly(téréphtalate de butylène) qui peut être utilisée pour former un produit moulé ayant une excellente résistance aux alcalis et, en outre, une excellente force de liaison dans un article moulé double avec un article moulé en résine de polycarbonate ; et un article moulé double lié fermement à un article moulé en résine de polycarbonate à l'aide de la composition de résine. La solution selon l'invention porte sur une composition de résine de poly(téréphtalate de butylène) qui est destinée à un moulage double par rapport à un article moulé d'une composition de résine de polycarbonate et contient (A) 100 parties en masse d'une résine de poly(téréphtalate de butylène), (B) 35 à 65 parties en masse d'une résine de polycarbonate ayant une viscosité à l'état fondu de 0,40 kPa·s ou moins à 300 °C, (C) 10 à 30 parties en masse d'un élastomère d'oléfine, (D) 1 à 3 parties en masse d'un composé de silicone ayant une viscosité cinématique de 1 000 à 10 000 cSt à 25 °C, (E) 30 à 80 parties en masse d'une charge, et (F) 1 à 5 parties en masse d'un composé époxy.

【課題】耐アルカリ性に加え、ポリカーボネート樹脂成形品との二重成形品における接合強度にも優れる成形品を成形することが可能なポリブチレンテレフタレート樹脂組成物及び該樹脂組成物を用いてポリカーボネート樹脂成形品と強固に接合された二重成形品を提供する。 【解決手段】(A)ポリブチレンテレフタレート樹脂100質量部、(B)300℃での溶融粘度が0.40kPa・s以下のポリカーボネート樹脂35~65質量部、(C)オレフィン系エラストマ10~30質量部、(D)25℃での動粘度が1000~10000cStのシリコーン系化合物1~3質量部、(E)充填剤30~80質量部、及び(F)エポキシ系化合物1~5質量部を含む、ポリカーボネート樹脂組成物の成形品との二重成形用ポリブチレンテレフタレート樹脂組成物とする。
