Provided is a compound which has heat resistance and decomposition resistance, and with which a monomolecular film having a reduced thickness can be obtained. A fluoropolyether compound according to an aspect of the present invention is represented by R1-C6H4O-CH2CH(OH)CH2OCH2-R2-CH2-O-CH2CH(OH)CH2-OC6H4-R1, wherein R1 is a hydrogen atom, a C1-4 alkoxy group, an amino group, or an amide group, R2 is -CF2O(CF2CF2O)xCF2-, and x is a real number from 1 to 35.

L'invention concerne un composé présentant une résistance à la chaleur et une résistance à la décomposition, et grâce auquel un film monomoléculaire ayant une épaisseur réduite peut être obtenu. Selon un aspect, la présente invention concerne un composé de fluoropolyéther représenté par R1-C6H4O-CH2CH(OH)CH2OCH2-R2-CH2-O-CH2CH(OH)CH2-OC6H4-R1, dans laquelle R1 représente un atome d'hydrogène, un groupe alcoxy en C1-4, un groupe amino ou un groupe amide, R2 représente -CF2O(CF2CF2O)xCF2-, et x est un nombre réel de 1 à 35.

耐熱性および耐分解性を有し、かつ単分子膜厚を低減できる化合物を提供する。本発明の一態様に係るフルオロポリエーテル化合物は、R-CO-CHCH(OH)CHOCH-R-CH-O-CHCH(OH)CH-OC-Rで表され、Rは、水素原子、炭素数1~4のアルコキシ基、アミノ基、又はアミド基であり、Rは-CFO(CFCFO)CF-であり、xは1~35の実数である。
