Abstract

The present invention provides a dry reagent and a method that enable quantification of fibrinogen in a specimen without dilution. Provided are: a dry reagent for quantifying fibrinogen in an undiluted specimen, comprising (i) thrombin or a protein having thrombin activity, (ii) magnetic particles, (iii) a fibrin monomer association inhibitor, (iv) a calcium salt, (v) a solubility improver for a dry reagent layer, (vi) a reinforcing agent for the dry reagent layer, and (vii) a pH buffer; and a method for quantifying fibrinogen.

Réactif sec et procédé permettant la quantification de fibrinogène dans un échantillon non dilué. L'invention concerne un réactif sec pour quantifier le fibrinogène dans un échantillon non dilué, comprenant (i) de la thrombine ou une protéine ayant une activité de la thrombine, (ii) des particules magnétiques, (iii) un inhibiteur d'association de monomères de fibrine, (iv) un sel de calcium, (v) un améliorant de solubilité pour une couche de réactif sec, (vi) un agent de renforcement pour la couche de réactif sec, et (vii) un tampon pH; et un procédé de quantification de fibrinogène.
