Provided is a steel sheet that has excellent brittle crack propagation prevention properties even after having been subjected to plastic deformation. This steel sheet has a predetermined component composition and a structure formed mainly of ferrite, wherein at least 10% of crystal grains of a ferrite phase at the halfway point in the thickness direction of the steel sheet have an aspect ratio of at least 2 and have a minor axis length of at most 5 μm, the halfway point in the sheet thickness direction has a {100}<011> orientation strength of at least 5.5, and, furthermore, the steel sheet having been subjected to a strain of 10% has a Kca (-10°C) of at least 6000 N/mm1.5.

L'invention concerne une tôle d'acier qui présente d'excellentes propriétés de prévention contre la propagation de craquelures par fragilité, même après avoir été soumise à une déformation plastique. Cette tôle d'acier comprend une composition de composants prédéterminée et une structure formée principalement de ferrite, au moins 10 % des grains cristallins d'une phase de ferrite à mi-chemin dans la direction de l'épaisseur de la feuille d'acier ayant un rapport d'aspect d'au moins 2 et ayant une longueur axiale mineure d'au plus 5 µm, le point à mi-chemin dans la direction de l'épaisseur de la feuille ayant une force d'orientation {100}<011> d'au moins 5,5 et, de plus, la tôle d'acier ayant été soumise à une contrainte de 10 % présente un Kca (-10 °C) d'au moins 6000 N/mm1,5.

塑性変形を受けた後でも優れた脆性亀裂伝播停止特性を有する鋼板を提供する。 所定の成分組成と、フェライトを主体とする組織とを有する鋼板において、該鋼板の板厚1/2部におけるフェライト相の結晶粒の10%以上をアスペクト比:2以上でかつ短軸径:5μm以下とし、該板厚1/2部における{100}<011>方位強度を5.5以上とし、さらに10%の歪を付与後の上記鋼板のKca(-10℃)を6000N/mm1.5以上とする。
