Provided are: a cellulose fiber-dispersed resin composite material obtained by dispersing cellulose fibers in a resin, wherein the content of cellulose fibers is at least 1% by mass but less than 70% by mass, and if the length-weighted average fiber length of the cellulose fibers measured under the measurement conditions defined below is defined as LL, and the number-average fiber length is defined as LN, LL and LN satisfy formula 1; a molding using this composite material; and a composite member using this molding. Measurement conditions: LL and LN are determined using fiber length measurement method according to pulp-automated optical analysis stipulated by ISO 16065 2001 for the dissolution residual obtained by immersing the cellulose fiber-dispersed resin composite material in a solvent which can dissolve the resin in the composite material. L'invention concerne : un matériau composite à base de résine présentant des fibres de cellulose dispersées obtenu par dispersion de fibres de cellulose dans une résine, la teneur en fibres de cellulose étant d'au moins 1 % en masse mais inférieure à 70 % en masse et, si la longueur moyenne des fibres pondérée en longueur des fibres de cellulose, mesurée dans les conditions de mesure définies ci-dessous, est définie comme LL et la longueur moyenne de fibre en nombre est définie comme LN, LL et LN satisfont à la formule 1 ; un moulage utilisant ce matériau composite ; et un élément composite utilisant ce moulage. Conditions de mesure : LL et LN sont déterminées à l'aide d'un procédé de mesure de longueur de fibre selon une analyse optique automatisée de pâte prévue par la norme ISO 16065 2001 pour le résidu de dissolution obtenu par immersion du matériau composite à base de résine présentant des fibres de cellulose dispersées dans un solvant qui peut dissoudre la résine dans le matériau composite.
