Provided are a production device and production method that are for hydrocarbons and that are capable of efficiently producing hydrocarbons including aromatic hydrocarbons and/or lower olefins including propylene from CO and H2 while inhibiting reduction in catalyst activity and enhancing selectivity. This production device for hydrocarbons produces hydrocarbons including aromatic hydrocarbons having 6-10 carbon atoms and/or lower olefins including propylene, and is provided: a first supply unit which supplies a raw material gas containing CO and H2; and a hydrocarbon generation unit to which the raw material gas is supplied from the first supply unit, and which generates the hydrocarbons from CO and H2 contained in the raw material gas while heating a catalyst structure at a temperature of not lower than 150°C but lower than 300°C or at a temperature of not lower than 350°C but lower than 550°C, wherein the catalyst structure comprises a carrier which is formed of a zeolite-type compound and having a porous structure, and fine metal particles present inside the carrier, the carrier has a passage connected to the outside of the carrier, and a portion of the passage has an average inner diameter of 0.95 nm or less.

L'invention concerne un dispositif de production et un procédé de production qui sont destinés à des hydrocarbures et qui sont capables de produire efficacement des hydrocarbures comprenant des hydrocarbures aromatiques et/ou des oléfines inférieures comprenant du propylène à partir de CO et de H2 tout en inhibant la réduction de l'activité du catalyseur et en améliorant la sélectivité. Le présent dispositif de production d'hydrocarbures produit des hydrocarbures comprenant des hydrocarbures aromatiques ayant de 6 à 10 atomes de carbone et/ou des oléfines inférieures comprenant du propylène, et comporte : une première unité d'alimentation qui fournit un gaz de matière première contenant du CO et du H2 ; et une unité de génération d'hydrocarbure à laquelle le gaz de matière première est fourni à partir de la première unité d'alimentation, et qui génère les hydrocarbures à partir de CO et de H2 contenus dans le gaz de matière première tout en chauffant une structure de catalyseur à une température qui n'est pas inférieure à 150 °C mais inférieure à 300 °C ou à une température qui n'est pas inférieure à 350 °C mais inférieure à 550 °C, la structure de catalyseur comprenant un support qui est formé d'un composé de type zéolite et ayant une structure poreuse, et de fines particules métalliques présentes à l'intérieur du support, le support a un passage relié à l'extérieur du support, et une partie du passage a un diamètre interne moyen de 0,95 nm ou moins.

触媒活性の低下を抑制し、選択性を高め、COとH2からプロピレンを含む低級オレフィンと芳香族炭化水素との少なくとも一方を含む炭化水素を効率良く製造できる炭化水素の製造装置及び製造方法の提供。 炭化水素の製造装置は、プロピレンを含む低級オレフィンと炭素数6-10の芳香族炭化水素の少なくとも一方を含む炭化水素を製造し、COとH2を含む原料ガスを供給する第1供給部と、前記第1供給部から前記原料ガスが供給され、触媒構造体を150℃以上300℃未満又は350℃以上550℃未満の温度で加熱しながら、前記原料ガス中のCOとH2とから前記炭化水素を生成する炭化水素生成部とを備え、前記触媒構造体は、ゼオライト型化合物で構成される多孔質構造の担体と前記担体に内在する金属微粒子とを備え、前記担体が該担体の外部と連通する通路を有し、前記通路の一部は平均内径0.95nm以下である。
