Abstract

The present invention addresses the problem of providing a resin composition that can be cured at a low temperature and that has both heat resistance and flexibility after being cured. In order to solve the problem, the present invention provides a thermosetting resin composition characterized by containing components (A)-(D): (A) a poly-maleimide compound having two or more maleimide groups and having a weight average molecular weight not less than 500 g/mol; (B) an epoxy compound; (C) a polyester; and (D) an aromatic amine compound.

La présente invention a pour objet une composition de résine qui peut être durcie à une basse température et qui présente à la fois de la résistance à la chaleur et de la souplesse après avoir été durcie. À cet effet, la présente invention porte sur une composition de résine thermodurcissable caractérisée en ce qu'elle contient les composants (A) à (D) : (A) un composé polymaléimide ayant au moins deux groupes maléimide et ayant une masse moléculaire moyenne en poids supérieure ou égale à 500 g/mol ; (B) un composé époxy ; (C) un polyester ; et (D) un composé amine aromatique.
