The present invention provides a liquid-crystal cured film provided with a liquid-crystal cured layer formed of a cured liquid-crystal composition containing a liquid-crystal compound and a chiral compound including asymmetric carbon atoms, the liquid-crystal cured layer containing molecules of the liquid-crystal compound, which may be in a fixed alignment state. At least some molecules of the liquid-crystal compound contained in the liquid-crystal cured layer are tilted with respect to the layer plane of the liquid-crystal cured layer, and the front linear-polarization retardation LRe and the front circular-polarization retardation CRe of the liquid-crystal cured layer at a measurement wavelength of 550 nm satisfy a prescribed relationship.

La présente invention concerne un film durci de cristaux liquides comprenant une couche durcie de cristaux liquides formée à partir d'une composition de cristaux liquides durcie contenant un composé de cristaux liquides et un composé chiral comportant des atomes de carbone asymétriques, la couche durcie de cristaux liquides contenant des molécules du composé de cristaux liquides pouvant se trouver dans un état d'alignement fixe. Au moins certaines molécules du composé de cristaux liquides contenues dans la couche durcie de cristaux liquides sont inclinées par rapport au plan de couche de la couche durcie de cristaux liquides. Le retard de polarisation linéaire avant LRe et le retard de polarisation circulaire avant CRe de la couche durcie de cristaux liquides à une longueur d'ondes de mesure de 550 nm satisfont une relation prescrite.
