The present invention provides: a fluorogenic RNA capable of visualizing mRNA in the cell, in particular, in a living cell of a mammal; and a target-RNA fluorescent labeling method utilizing the same. The present invention provides a fluorogenic nucleic acid molecule characterized in that: a base sequence in which two or more fluorescent-molecule binding regions are linked via a linker sequence is contained; and the fluorescent-molecule binding regions each have one or more fluorescent-molecule binding aptamer sequences inserted into a scaffold sequence.

ARN fluorogène capable de visualiser l'ARNm dans la cellule, en particulier, dans une cellule vivante de mammifère, et procédé de marquage fluorescent d'ARN cible l'utilisant. La présente invention porte sur une molécule d'acide nucléique fluorogène comportant une séquence de bases contenant au moins deux régions de liaison à une molécule fluorescente qui sont liées par l'intermédiaire d'une séquence de liaison; et les régions de liaison à une molécule fluorescente comprenant chacune une ou plusieurs séquences d'aptamères de liaison à une molécule fluorescente insérées dans une séquence d'échafaudage.

本発明は、細胞内、特に哺乳類の生細胞内でmRNAの可視化が可能な蛍光発生RNA、及びこれを利用する標的RNAの蛍光標識方法を提供する。本発明は、2以上の蛍光分子結合領域がリンカー配列を介して連結されている塩基配列を含み、前記蛍光分子結合領域は、足場配列中に1以上の蛍光分子結合アプタマー配列が挿入されていることを特徴とする、蛍光発生核酸分子を提供する。
