Abstract
(EN)
[Problem] To provide: an organopolysiloxane composition which can be easily processed into a film form and which has excellent mechanical strength (specifically, tensile strength, tear strength and elongation, etc.) when used as a dielectric layer of a transducer; and uses thereof. [Solution] A curable organopolysiloxane composition and uses therefor, the curable organopolysiloxane composition comprising: (A1, A2) a combination of chain organopolysiloxanes having alkenyl groups only on the molecular chain end, having a degree of polymerization that falls within the range of 50-550 and 600-1000; (B) reinforcing silica which has been hydrophobized; (C) an alkenyl group-containing siloxane resin; (D) organohydrogen polysiloxane; and (E) a catalyst. The ratio (A1)/(A2) falls within the range of 0.45 to 1.30, the sum of components (B) and (C) falls within the range of 10-25% by mass of the entire composition, and the SiH/Vi ratio falls within the range of 1.0 to 2.5 mol.

Le problème décrit par la présente invention est de fournir une composition d'organopolysiloxane pouvant être facilement transformée sous forme de film et présentant une excellente résistance mécanique (précisément, la résistance à la traction, la résistance à la déchirure et l'allongement, etc.) lorsqu'elle est utilisée en tant que couche diélectrique d'un transducteur ; et ses utilisations. La solution de l'invention porte sur une composition d'organopolysiloxane durcissable et sur ses utilisations, la composition d’organopolysiloxane durcissable comprenant : (A1, A2) une combinaison d'organopolysiloxanes à chaîne ayant uniquement des groupes alcényle sur l'extrémité de sa chaîne moléculaire, ayant un degré de polymérisation qui se situe dans la plage de 50 à 550 et de 600 à 1 000 ; (B) une silice de renfort rendue hydrophobe ; (C) une résine siloxane contenant un groupe alcényle ; (D) un organohydrogénopolysiloxane ; et (E) un catalyseur. Le rapport (A1)/ (A2) se situe dans la plage de 0,45 à 1,30, la somme des constituants (B) et (C) se situe dans la plage de 10 à 25 % en masse de la composition totale, et le rapport SiH/Vi se situe dans la plage de 1,0 à 2,5 moles.
