Le problème abordé par la présente invention est de produire un film transparent à alignement de particules fines magnétiques capable de réguler la transmission de lumière. A cet effet, le film transparent selon la présente invention est caractérisé en ce qu'il contient un liant et un matériau de régulation de transmission de lumière, le matériau de régulation de transmission de lumière contenant des particules fines magnétiques, et les particules fines magnétiques étant alignées dans le liant.
