The present invention addresses the problem of providing a method for controlling the sound absorbing characteristic of a soundproof material capable of changing the sound absorbing characteristic of the soundproof material while maintaining, at the same amounts, the constituent material, the total thickness, and the total weight of the soundproof material. The solution means for the problem is the method for controlling the sound absorbing characteristic of a soundproof material which is provided with: a skin layer composed of a fibrous material; a rear surface layer laminated on the skin layer and composed of a porous material having voids communicating with each other; and a joining layer that is composed of a joining material and is laminated between the skin layer and the rear surface layer, wherein a total joint area fraction with respect to the entire contact surface between the skin layer and the rear surface layer is less than 100%. The method for controlling the sound absorbing characteristic of a soundproof material controls the sound absorbing characteristic of the soundproof material by changing the area of the joining layer.

La présente invention aborde le problème de la fourniture d'un procédé de commande de la caractéristique d'absorption sonore d'un matériau isolant acoustique apte à modifier la caractéristique d'absorption sonore du matériau isolant acoustique tout en maintenant, dans les mêmes quantités, le matériau constitutif, l'épaisseur totale et le poids total du matériau isolant acoustique. La solution de l’invention porte sur le procédé de commande de la caractéristique d'absorption sonore d'un matériau isolant acoustique qui est muni : d’une couche superficielle composée d'un matériau fibreux ; d’une couche de surface arrière stratifiée sur la couche superficielle et composée d'un matériau poreux ayant des vides communiquant les uns avec les autres ; et d’une couche de jonction qui est composée d'un matériau de jonction et qui est stratifiée entre la couche superficielle et la couche de surface arrière, une fraction de surface jointe totale par rapport à la totalité de la surface de contact entre la couche superficielle et la couche de surface arrière étant inférieure à 100 %. Le procédé de commande de la caractéristique d'absorption sonore d'un matériau isolant acoustique commande la caractéristique d'absorption sonore du matériau isolant acoustique par modification de la surface de la couche de jonction.

発明の課題は、防音材の構成材料、総厚さ、及び総重量を同程度に維持しながら、防音材の吸音特性を変化させることができる防音材の吸音特性の制御方法を提供することである。課題の解決手段は、繊維材からなる表皮層と、表皮層に積層された、空隙が連通している多孔質材からなる裏面層と、該表皮層と裏面層との間に積層された、接合材からなる接合層とを備え、前記表皮層と前記裏面層との接触面全体に対して100%未満の総接合面積率を有する防音材の吸音特性を制御する方法であって、前記接合層の面積を変化させることにより防音材の吸音特性を変化させる、防音材の吸音特性を制御する方法である。
