Abstract
(EN)
[Problem] To provide a novel lactic acid bacterium having a high functionality that is isolated from crucian carp sushi. [Solution] Provided is a lactic acid bacterium belonging to the species Lactobacillus plantarum, which is isolated from crucian carp sushi and has at least one effect selected from the group consisting of effects of inhibiting viral infection, enhancing NK activity, reducing lipids, lowering blood neutral fat level and improving bowel movement. Also provided is a lactic acid bacterium that is Lactobacillus plantarum subsp. plantarum FS-1C strain.

Le problème décrit par la présente invention est de fournir une nouvelle bactérie d'acide lactique ayant une fonctionnalité élevée qui est isolée d'un sushi de carassin. La solution selon l'invention porte sur une bactérie d'acide lactique appartenant à l'espèce Lactobacillus plantarum, qui est isolée à partir d'un sushi de carassin et qui a au moins un effet choisi dans le groupe constitué par des effets d'inhibition d'une infection virale, une amélioration de l'activité NK, une réduction des lipides, un abaissement du niveau de graisse neutre dans le sang et une amélioration du mouvement intestinal. L'invention concerne également une bactérie d'acide lactique qui est la souche Lactobacillus plantarum subsp. plantarum FS-1C.

【課題】 鮒寿司から単離された、高い機能性を有する新規の乳酸菌を提供する。 【解決手段】 本発明は、鮒寿司から単離されたラクトバチルス・プランタラム種である乳酸菌であって、ウイルス感染抑制作用、NK活性亢進作用、脂質減少作用、血中中性脂肪低下作用および便通改善作用からなる群より選択される少なくとも1つの作用を有する、乳酸菌を提供する。また、本発明は、ラクトバチルス・プランタラム亜種プランタラムFS-1C株である、乳酸菌を提供する。
