This plastic bottle manufacturing device (50) is provided with: a preform heating part (52) having a plurality of heating bodies (65); a blow molding part (54) for molding a plastic bottle (20) by blow molding a preform (10); and a preform temperature measuring part (53) for measuring the temperature of the preform (10) at a plurality of measurement points (P) in the longitudinal direction of the preform (10). The plurality of measurement points (P) are provided corresponding to the plurality of respective heating bodies (65). A control unit (70) controls the output of each of the heating bodies (65) on the basis of the optimal temperature distribution at each of the predetermined measurement points (P) of the preform (10) and the actually measured temperature distribution at each of the measurement points (P) of the preform (10).

L'invention concerne un dispositif de fabrication de bouteille en plastique (50) comportant : une partie de chauffage de préforme (52) ayant une pluralité de corps chauffants (65) ; une partie de moulage par soufflage (54) pour mouler une bouteille en plastique (20) par moulage par soufflage d'une préforme (10) ; et une partie de mesure de température de préforme (53) pour mesurer la température de la préforme (10) au niveau d'une pluralité de points de mesure (P) dans la direction longitudinale de la préforme (10). La pluralité de points de mesure (P) correspondent à la pluralité de corps chauffants (65) respectifs. Une unité de commande (70) commande la sortie de chacun des corps chauffants (65) sur la base de la distribution de température optimale à chacun des points de mesure (P) prédéterminés de la préforme (10) et de la distribution de température réellement mesurée à chacun des points de mesure (P) de la préforme (10).

プラスチックボトル製造装置(50)は、複数の加熱体(65)を有するプリフォーム加熱部(52)と、プリフォーム(10)をブロー成形することによりプラスチックボトル(20)を成形するブロー成形部(54)と、プリフォーム(10)の長手方向に沿って複数の測定点(P)におけるプリフォーム(10)の温度を測定するプリフォーム温度測定部(53)と、を備えている。複数の測定点(P)は、複数の加熱体(65)にそれぞれ対応して設けられている。制御部(70)は、予め定められたプリフォーム(10)の各測定点(P)における最適温度分布と、プリフォーム(10)の各測定点(P)における実測温度分布とに基づいて、各加熱体(65)の出力を制御する。
