Abstract

The present disclosure addresses the problem of providing a device that can at least introduce a substance into cells in-vitro, and do so simply, promptly, and at high efficiency. The problem is solved by a device that introduces a substance into cells in-vitro. The device comprises: an accommodation unit that accommodates a solution containing cells and a substance; and a drive unit for pressurizing the solution. The time required for the pressure to reach the maximum pressure from the start of the pressurization is 2.0 msec or less.

L'invention a pour but de fournir un dispositif pouvant introduire au moins une substance dans des cellules in vitro, et ceci de manière simple, rapide et avec un haut rendement. La solution selon l'invention porte sur un dispositif introduisant une substance dans des cellules in vitro. Le dispositif comprend une unité de réception destinée à recevoir une solution contenant des cellules et une substance; et une unité de pressurisation pour mettre sous pression la solution. Le temps nécessaire à la pression pour atteindre la pression maximale à partir du début de la mise sous pression est de 2,0 msec ou moins.

本開示の課題は、少なくとも、インビトロでの細胞への物質の導入を、高効率で、短時間に簡便に行うことができる装置の提供にあり、該課題を、インビトロで細胞に物質を導入する装置であって、細胞と物質とを含む溶液を収容する収容部と、該溶液に対する加圧のための駆動部を備え、該加圧は、加圧開始から圧力が最大圧力に到達するまでの時間が2.0ミリ秒以下である、装置で解決する。
