The present invention pertains to a copper powder for 3D printing, a method for producing said copper powder, a 3D printed article, and a method for producing the 3D printed article, etc. The problem addressed is the provision of a copper powder for 3D printing which can adequately improve the mechanical strength and electroconductivity of 3D laminated articles. The means of the present invention for solving the abovementioned problem is a copper powder for 3D printing having an average particle size of 1 µm to 150 µm, containing 0.10 g/m2 to 7.0 g/m2 of copper oxide per unit of surface area, and 0.5% to 9.4% by mass per unit of mass.

La présente invention concerne une poudre de cuivre pour impression 3D, un procédé de production de ladite poudre de cuivre, un article imprimé 3D et un procédé de production de l'article imprimé 3D, etc. Le problème abordé est la fourniture d'une poudre de cuivre pour impression 3D qui peut améliorer de manière adéquate la résistance mécanique et la conductivité électrique d'articles stratifiés 3D. Le moyen de la présente invention pour résoudre le problème mentionné ci-dessus est une poudre de cuivre pour impression 3D ayant une taille moyenne de particule de 1 µm à 150 µm, contenant 0,10 g/m2 à 7,0 g/m2 d'oxyde de cuivre par unité de surface et 0,5 % à 9,4 % en masse par unité de masse.

本発明は積層造形用銅粉末、その製造方法、積層造形物、その製造方法等に関するものであって、積層造形物の機械的強度および導電率を十分に向上させうる積層造形用銅粉末の提供等を課題とする。 本発明の上記課題を解決するための手段は、平均粒子径が1μm以上150μm以下であって、酸化銅を単位表面積当たり0.10g/m以上7.0g/m以下、且つ単位質量当り0.5質量%以上9.4質量%以下含む積層造形用銅粉末等である。
