This composite material-made aircraft component has: a laminate structure in which multiple composite material layers are laminated; and a curved structure which has varying circumferential lengths in the longitudinal direction. The laminate structure is maintained throughout the entire component inclusive of the curved structure. In each of the composite material layers, a reinforcement fiber is formed as a single continuous fiber that does not include any joining area, and the reinforcement fiber includes a partial cut therein. Further, the reinforcement fiber includes an open slit where the slit is in an open state.

L'invention concerne un composant d'aéronef en matériau composite comprenant : une structure stratifiée dans laquelle sont stratifiées de multiples couches de matériau composite ; et une structure incurvée qui présente des longueurs circonférentielles variables dans la direction longitudinale. La structure stratifiée est maintenue dans la totalité du composant, y compris la structure incurvée. Dans chacune des couches de matériau composite, une fibre de renforcement est formée sous la forme d'une fibre continue unique qui ne comprend aucune zone de jonction, et la fibre de renforcement contient une découpe partielle. De plus, la fibre de renforcement comprend une fente ouverte là où la fente se trouve dans un état ouvert.

複合材料製航空機用部品は、複合材料層が複数積層された積層構造を有するとともに、長手方向に周長差を有する湾曲構造を有する。積層構造は、湾曲構造を含む部品全体において保持される。それぞれの複合材料層では、強化繊維が、接合部を含まない単一の連続繊維で構成され、かつ、部分的な切込部を含み、さらに、強化繊維には、前記切込部が開いた状態である開切込部が含まれている。
