Abstract

The present invention provides an adhesive composition which is a primerless urethane-based adhesive and has high adhesive force with respect to a polyolefin-based resin. An adhesive composition according to the present invention is a two-component urethane-based adhesive composition comprising: (A) a urethane prepolymer having an isocyanate group at the end thereof; (B) an alkoxysilyl group-containing polyfunctional isocyanate compound which can be obtained through a reaction of a silane compound having at least two alkoxysilyl groups in one molecule and a polyisocyanate having an isocyanate group at the end thereof; (C1) a main agent containing a first curing catalyst; (D) a hydrophobic polyol; and (C2) a curing agent containing a second curing catalyst.

La présente invention concerne une composition adhésive qui est un adhésif à base d'uréthane sans primaire et a une force adhésive élevée par rapport à une résine à base de polyoléfine. Une composition adhésive selon la présente invention est une composition adhésive à base d'uréthane à deux composants comprenant : (A) un prépolymère d'uréthane ayant un groupe isocyanate à son extrémité ; (B) un composé isocyanate polyfonctionnel contenant un groupe alcoxysilyle qui peut être obtenu par réaction d'un composé de silane ayant au moins deux groupes alcoxysilyle dans une molécule et un polyisocyanate ayant un groupe isocyanate au niveau de son extrémité ; (C1) un agent principal contenant un premier catalyseur de durcissement ; (D) un polyol hydrophobe ; et (C2) un agent de durcissement contenant un second catalyseur de durcissement.

本発明は、プライマーレスウレタン系接着剤でありながら、ポリオレフィン系樹脂に対して高い接着力を有する接着剤組成物を提供する。本発明が提供する接着剤組成物は、(A)末端にイソシアネート基を有するウレタンプレポリマー;(B)1分子内に2個以上のアルコキシシリル基を有するシラン化合物と、末端にイソシアネート基を有するポリイソシアネートとの反応により得られる、アルコキシシリル基含有多官能性イソシアネート化合物;および(C1)第1の硬化触媒を含有する主剤と、(D)疎水性ポリオール;および(C2)第2の硬化触媒を含有する硬化剤とを含む、二液型のウレタン系接着剤組成物である。
