The present invention simplifies a configuration with which the reliability of a backup operation can be increased. An in-vehicle backup power source control device (1) comprises: a first control unit (22) that causes a charge/discharge unit (10) (first discharge unit) to perform a first discharge operation if a power supply based on a power source unit (90) fails; and a second control unit (24) that causes a second discharge unit (12) to perform a second discharge operation if at least the first discharge operation by the charge/discharge unit (10) is in an abnormal state when the power supply based on the power source unit (90) fails.

Selon l'invention, une configuration permettant d'augmenter la fiabilité d'un fonctionnement de secours, est réalisée plus aisément. Le dispositif de commande d'alimentation électrique de secours embarqué (1) de l'invention possède : une première partie commande (22) qui fait effectuer un premier fonctionnement de décharge à une partie de charge/décharge (10) (première partie décharge) dans le cas où l'approvisionnement en puissance électrique sur la base de la partie alimentation (90) se trouve dans un état de défaillance ; et une seconde partie commande (24) qui fait effectuer un second fonctionnement de décharge à une seconde partie décharge (12), dans le cas où l'approvisionnement en puissance électrique sur la base de la partie alimentation (90) se trouve dans un état de défaillance, et dans le cas où le premier fonctionnement de décharge par la partie de charge/décharge (10) se trouve dans un état anormal.

バックアップ動作の信頼性を高め得る構成を、より簡易に実現する。車載用のバックアップ電源制御装置(1)は、電源部(90)に基づく電力供給が失陥状態となった場合に充放電部(10)(第1放電部)に第1放電動作を行わせる第1制御部(22)と、電源部(90)に基づく電力供給が失陥状態となった場合において、少なくとも充放電部(10)による第1放電動作が異常状態である場合に、第2放電部(12)に第2放電動作を行わせる第2制御部(24)と、を有する。
