Provided is a solid-state imaging device comprising: an imaging unit (211) that captures a first captured image; a light emission control unit (271) that controls light emission by a light emission unit; a determination unit (2331) that determines whether or not the light emission is detected from the first captured image; and a transmission control unit (2333) that controls, on the basis of the detection of the light emission, the transmission of a second captured image or data based on the second captured image.

L'invention concerne un dispositif d'imagerie à semi-conducteurs comprenant : une unité d'imagerie (211) qui capture une première image capturée ; une unité de commande d'émission de lumière (271) qui commande l'émission de lumière par une unité d'émission de lumière ; une unité de détermination (2331) qui détermine si l'émission de lumière est détectée ou non à partir de la première image capturée ; et une unité de commande de transmission (2333) qui commande, en fonction de la détection de l'émission de lumière, la transmission d'une deuxième image capturée ou de données basées sur la deuxième image capturée.
