An insulation resistance detection device (50) that is for use in a power supply system (100) that comprises a direct-current power supply (40), a coupling capacitor (C1), a resistor (R1), and an oscillation part (53). When the oscillation part has outputted a frequency signal to the resistor, the insulation resistance detection device detects the voltage at a connection point between the coupling capacitor and the resistor on a prescribed cycle. On the basis of a moving average value (VA) for the detected voltage (VD), the insulation resistance detection device detects the insulation resistance (Rn) between a ground part and a power supply path and determines that there has been a short circuit when the insulation resistance is at or below a reference value. The insulation resistance detection device comprises: a voltage determination part that, when the detected voltage has changed at least a prescribed value (Vtg1), determines whether the detected voltage has stabilized at a post-change voltage value; and a resistance detection part that, when the voltage determination part has determined that the detected voltage has stabilized at a post-change voltage value, detects the insulation resistance on the basis of the current detected voltage instead of the moving average value.

Un dispositif de détection de résistance d'isolement (50) qui est destiné à être utilisé dans un système d'alimentation électrique (100) qui comprend une alimentation électrique en courant continu (40), un condensateur de couplage (C1), une résistance (R1), et une partie d'oscillation (53). Lorsque la partie d'oscillation a délivré en sortie un signal de fréquence à la résistance, le dispositif de détection de résistance d'isolement détecte la tension au niveau d'un point de connexion entre le condensateur de couplage et la résistance sur un cycle prescrit. Sur la base d'une valeur moyenne (VA) mobile pour la tension détectée (VD), le dispositif de détection de résistance d'isolement détecte la résistance d'isolement (Rn) entre une partie de mise à la terre et un trajet d'alimentation électrique et détermine qu'il y a eu un court-circuit lorsque la résistance d'isolement est égale ou inférieure à une valeur de référence. Le dispositif de détection de résistance d'isolement comprend : une partie de détermination de tension qui, lorsque la tension détectée a changé au moins une valeur prescrite (Vtg1), détermine si la tension détectée a été stabilisée à une valeur de tension post-changement; et une partie de détection de résistance qui, lorsque la partie de détermination de tension a déterminé que la tension détectée a été stabilisée à une valeur de tension de post-changement, détecte la résistance d'isolement sur la base de la tension détectée réelle au lieu de la valeur moyenne mobile.
