The present invention addresses the problem of providing: a versatile flavor-enhancing agent that does not have a specific flavor; a method for enhancing flavor; and a method for enhancing the aroma of a perfume. The present invention uses a flavor-enhancing agent that comprises 7a-hydroxymintlactone to provide: an oral product that enhances sweetness, richness, and/or aroma; and a perfume that has an enhanced aroma. 7a-hydroxymintlactone is a component of mint essential oils but does not itself have a specific flavor and can enhance sweetness, richness, and/or aroma, i.e., is highly versatile.

La présente invention aborde le problème consistant à fournir : un agent renforçateur d'arôme polyvalent sans arôme spécifique ; un procédé renforçateur d'arôme ; et un procédé renforçateur d'arôme d'un parfum. La présente invention utilise un agent renforçateur d'arôme qui comprend du 7a-hydroxymintlactone pour fournir : un produit oral qui rehausse le goût sucré, la richesse et/ou l'arôme ; et un parfum dont l'arôme est rehaussé. Le 7A-hydroxymintlactone est un composant d'huiles essentielles de menthe, mais n'a pas lui-même un arôme spécifique et peut rehausser le goût sucré, la richesse et/ou l'arôme, c'est-à-dire qu'il est très polyvalent.

本発明の課題は、特定の風味を有さない、汎用性のある風味増強剤、及び風味増強方法ならびに香粧品の香気増強方法を提供することである。 本発明においては、7a-ヒドロキシミントラクトンからなる風味増強剤を用いることにより、甘味増強効果、コク味増強効果及び香気増強効果から選ばれる1種又は2種以上の効果が増強された経口製品ならびに香気が増強された香粧品を提供することができる。 7a-ヒドロキシミントラクトンは、ミント精油成分でありながらそれ自体は特定の風味を有せず、甘味増強効果、コク味増強効果及び香気増強効果から選ばれる1種又は2種以上の効果を増強することができるため汎用性が高い。
