A collector electrode sheet (10) has, on one side or both sides of a metal foil (9) formed of a strip-like sheet that is wound around a roll, active material layer-coated regions (11) and non-coated regions (12) formed alternately, the active material layer-coated regions (11) being formed by applying an active material layer intermittently along the long direction of the sheet. A plurality of tailing parts (14) of the active material layer are formed at terminal ends of the active material layer-coated regions (11) toward the non-coated regions (12). When the length of the tailing parts (14) along the long direction of the sheet is A mm and the length of beginning portions of the tailing parts (14) in a direction perpendicular to the long direction of the sheet is C mm, an aspect ratio a1 defined by equation (1) is at least 5.0. La présente invention concerne une feuille d'électrode de collecteur (10) comprenant, sur un côté ou les deux côtés d'une feuille métallique (9) formée d'une feuille de type bande qui est enroulée autour d'un rouleau, des régions revêtues de couche de matériau actif (11) et des régions non revêtues (12) formées en alternance, les régions revêtues de couche de matériau actif (11) étant formées par l'application intermittente d'une couche de matériau actif le long de la direction longue de la feuille. Une pluralité de parties arrière (14) de la couche de matériau actif sont formées aux extrémités terminales des régions revêtues de couche de matériau actif (11) vers les régions non revêtues (12).
