The present invention provides a polarizing plate which has a retardation layer and has an alignment fixed layer of a liquid crystal compound, and in which separation of the alignment fixed layer of the liquid crystal compound is suppressed. A polarizing plate with a retardation layer according to the present invention comprises: a polarizing plate which comprises a polarizer and a protective layer that is arranged on at least one side of the polarizer; and a retardation layer which is superposed on the polarizing plate with a first adhesive layer being interposed therebetween. The retardation layer is an alignment fixed layer of a liquid crystal compound, and contains a permeation layer in the vicinity of the interface with the first adhesive layer, said permeation layer being formed by permeation of an adhesive from the first adhesive layer.

La présente invention concerne une plaque de polarisation avec une couche de retard, qui a une couche fixe d'alignement d'un composé de cristaux liquides, la séparation de la couche fixe d'alignement d'un composé de cristaux liquides étant supprimée. Une plaque de polarisation avec une couche de retard selon la présente invention comprend : une plaque de polarisation qui comprend un polariseur et une couche de protection qui est disposée sur au moins un côté du polariseur ; et une couche de retard qui est superposée sur la plaque de polarisation, une première couche adhésive étant interposée entre elles. La couche de retard est une couche fixe d'alignement d'un composé de cristaux liquides, et contient une couche de perméation au voisinage de l'interface avec la première couche adhésive, ladite couche de perméation étant formée par perméation d'un adhésif à partir de la première couche adhésive.

液晶化合物の配向固化層を有し、当該液晶化合物の配向固化層の剥離が抑制された位相差層付偏光板が提供される。本発明の位相差層付偏光板は、偏光子と偏光子の少なくとも一方の側に保護層とを含む偏光板と;偏光板に第1の接着剤層を介して積層された位相差層と;を有する。位相差層は液晶化合物の配向固化層であり、第1の接着剤層との界面近傍に第1の接着剤層の接着剤が浸透して形成された浸透層を含む。
