A black matrix substrate according to the present invention comprises: a transparent substrate; a semi-transmissive film formed on the transparent substrate; a first black matrix layer formed on the semi-transmissive film in contact with the semi-transmissive film in the thickness direction of the semi-transmissive film, the first black matrix layer having a plurality of first openings; a transparent resin layer formed on the semi-transmissive film to cover the first black matrix layer; and a second black matrix layer formed on the transparent resin layer and having a plurality of second openings. The semi-transmissive film overlaps the plurality of first openings and the first black matrix layer in a plan view viewed from the side opposite the side of the transparent substrate on which the semi-transmissive film is formed, and the positions of the plurality of second openings correspond to the positions of the plurality of first openings in the plan view.

Un substrat de matrice de couleur noire selon la présente invention comprend : un substrat transparent ; un film semi-transmissif formé sur le substrat transparent ; une première couche de matrice noire formée sur le film semi-transmissif en contact avec le film semi-transmissif dans le sens de l'épaisseur du film semi-transmissif, la première couche de matrice noire comprenant une pluralité de premières ouvertures ; une couche de résine transparente formée sur le film semi-transmissif pour recouvrir la première couche de matrice noire ; et une seconde couche de matrice noire formée sur la couche de résine transparente et comprenant une pluralité de secondes ouvertures. Le film semi-transmissif chevauche la pluralité de premières ouvertures et la première couche de matrice noire dans une vue en plan vue depuis le côté opposé au côté du substrat transparent sur lequel est formé le film semi-transmissif, et les positions de la pluralité de secondes ouvertures correspondent aux positions de la pluralité de premières ouvertures dans la vue en plan.
