This update controol device (100) controls the updating of software for an electronic machinery (7) in a vehicle (1) driven by a replaceable battery (5) and is provided with: an update method setting unit (25) for selectively setting, using at least one of information indicating the remaining amount of the battery (5), information indicating the size of data used for the update, information indicating the degree of urgency of the update, and information indicating the result of a search for charging stations (2) within a region to be searched including the position of the vehicle (1), a software update method to either a first update method by the replacement of the battery (5) or a second update method by wireless communication; and a reservation processing execution unit (27) which, when the update method is set to the first update method, performs reservation processing for a replacement battery (6) and data storage request processing for the replacement battery (6) on a charging station to be reserved among the charging stations (2) included in the search result.

La présente invention concerne un dispositif de commande de mise à jour (100) qui commande la mise à jour d'un logiciel d'une machine électronique (7) dans un véhicule (1) entraîné par une batterie remplaçable (5) et qui comporte : une unité de réglage de procédé de mise à jour (25) permettant de régler de manière sélective, au moyen d'informations indiquant la quantité restante de la batterie (5) et/ou d'informations indiquant la taille de données utilisées pour la mise à jour et/ou d'informations indiquant le degré d'urgence de la mise à jour et/ou d'informations indiquant le résultat d'une recherche destinées à des stations de charge (2) dans une région devant faire l'objet d'une recherche comprenant la position du véhicule (1), un procédé de mise à jour de logiciel qui est soit un premier procédé de mise à jour par le remplacement de la batterie (5) ou un second procédé de mise à jour par une communication sans fil ; et une unité d'exécution de traitement de réservation (27) qui, lorsque le procédé de mise à jour est réglé pour être le premier procédé de mise à jour, effectue un traitement de réservation destiné à une batterie de remplacement (6) et un traitement de demande de stockage de données destiné à la batterie de remplacement (6) sur une station de charge devant être réservée parmi les stations de charge (2) comprises dans le résultat de recherche.
