Provided is a heat insulating material which can prevent ingress of gas at low cost. The present invention comprises: a core material 3; first packing materials 5a, 5b which cover the core material 3, have a reduced internal pressure, and comprise a polymeric compound; and particles 7 which engage with gas-permeable gas permeation pathways 21a, 21b of the first packing materials 5a, 5b from outside the first packing materials 5a, 5b due to the difference in pressure between the inside and outside of the first packing materials 5a, 5b to prevent permeation of gas.

L'invention concerne un matériau d'isolation thermique qui peut empêcher une entrée de gaz à faible coût. La présente invention comprend : un matériau noyau (3) ; des premiers matériaux d'emballage (5a, 5b) qui recouvrent le matériau noyau (3), ont une pression interne réduite, et comprennent un composé polymère ; et des particules (7) qui viennent en prise avec des voies de perméation de gaz perméables au gaz (21a, 21b) des premiers matériaux d'emballage (5a, 5b) depuis l'extérieur des premiers matériaux d'emballage (5a, 5b) en raison de la différence de pression entre l'intérieur et l'extérieur des premiers matériaux d'emballage (5a, 5b) pour empêcher la perméation de gaz.
