Provided is an additive for a hydraulic composition, which has high material separation resistance and which mitigates the effect of fine particles or clay included in an aggregate. An additive for a hydraulic composition, and a hydraulic composition, the additive containing a component A which has constituent units formed from acrylic acid and/or a salt thereof and which has a mass-average molecular weight MA of 1000 to less than 100,000, and a component B which has constituent units formed from acrylic acid and/or a salt thereof and which has a mass-average molecular weight MB of 100,000 to 50,000,000.

L'invention fournit un additif pour composition hydraulique qui tout en réduisant l'influence de fines particules et d'une matière argileuse contenues dans un granulat, présente une résistance élevée à la séparation des matériaux. Plus précisément, l'invention concerne un additif pour composition hydraulique et une composition hydraulique. L'additif pour composition hydraulique de l'invention comprend : un composant (A) qui possède une unité constitutive formée à partir d'un acide acrylique ou d'un sel de celui-ci, et qui présente une masse moléculaire moyenne en poids (M) supérieure ou égale à 1000 et inférieure à 100000; et un composant (B) qui possède une unité constitutive à base d'un acide acrylique ou d'un sel de celui-ci, et qui présente une masse moléculaire moyenne en poids (M) supérieure ou égale à 100000 et inférieure ou égale à 50000000.
