A connecting terminal (A, B) comprising: a housing (1) comprising a conductor inlet opening (8) configured to receive a conductor (9) to be clamped, the housing (1) comprising a conductor clamping region extending from the conductor inlet opening (8) in an insertion direction of the conductor (9) to be clamped; a current rail (3) disposed in the housing (1) and forming at least a first boundary of the conductor clamping region; and a spring clamp (4) disposed in the housing (1) and configured to exert a clamping force towards the first boundary of the conductor clamping region shall provides a more reliable operation over an extended period of time, in particular with maximum size conductors. To that end, the current rail (3) comprises a first extension (27) forming a second boundary of the conductor clamping region.

La présente invention porte sur une borne de connexion (A, B), comprenant : un boîtier (1) comportant une ouverture d'entrée de conducteur (8) conçue pour recevoir un conducteur (9) à serrer, le boîtier (1) comprenant une région de serrage de conducteur partant de l'ouverture d'entrée de conducteur (8) dans une direction d'insertion du conducteur (9) à serrer ; un rail de courant (3) disposé dans le boîtier (1) et formant au moins une première limite de la région de serrage de conducteur ; et une pince à ressort (4) disposée dans le boîtier (1) et conçue pour exercer une force de serrage vers la première limite de la région de serrage de conducteur de manière à assurer un fonctionnement plus fiable sur une période de temps prolongée, en particulier avec des conducteurs de taille maximale. À cet effet, le rail de courant (3) comprend une première extension (27) formant une seconde limite de la zone de serrage de conducteur.
