The present invention relates to a continuous method for devulcanising and recycling rubber that includes the steps of (a) collecting waste rubber from various industries, (b) recycling the material from the step, (c) in a shredder to obtain shredded material of approximately 5 to 10 cm, (d) successive grinding until the material reaches a grain size of approximately 5 to 7 mm, (e) adding various additives such as calcium carbide, silica, resin, oil and catalysts, (f) adding nucleophilic catalysts and cocatalysts to step (d), (g) homogenising the mixture in steps (d) and (e), (h) placing the mixture in step (d) in an extruder/reactor with a self-cleaning spindle and a disk, which works continuously in a closed circuit, and heating the mixture to an ambient temperature of between 20° and 30°, to complete devulcanisation.

La présente invention concerne un procédé continu de dévulcanisation et de recyclage de caoutchouc, comprenant les étapes suivantes : a) collecte des rebuts de caoutchouc de diverses industries; b) recyclage du matériau de l'étape a) dans une unité de fragmentation pour obtenir des fragments d'environ 5 à 10 cm; c) broyages successifs jusqu'à ce que la matière atteigne une granulométrie d'environ 5 à 7 mm; d) addition de divers additifs tels que du carbure de calcium, de la silice, de la résine ainsi que de l'huile et des catalyseurs; e) addition de catalyseurs nucléophiles et de co-catalyseurs dans l'étape d); f) homogénéisation du mélange des étapes d) et e); g) introduction du mélange de l'étape d) dans une unité de réaction-extrusion avec tige auto-nettoyante et disque, fonctionnant en continu et en circuit fermé; et h) refroidissement du mélange à une température ambiante comprise entre 20° et 30°C, de manière à terminer la dévulcanisation.

A presente invenção refere-se a um processo contínuo de desvulcanização e reciclagem de borracha que compreende os passos a) recolha dos resíduos de borracha de diversas indústrias, b) reciclagem do material do passo, c) num triturador para se obter um triturado com cerca de 5 a 10 cm; d) moagens sucessivas até que o material atinja um grão com cerca de entre 5 a 7 mm; e) adição de diversos aditivos como o carboneto de cálcio, sílica, resina e óleo e catalisadores; f) adição de catalisadores nucleófilos e co-catalisadores ao passo da alínea d); g) homogeneização da mistura dos passos d) e e); h) introdução da mistura do passo d) numa reacto-extrusora de fuso autolimopante e um disco, que trabalha em contínuo e em circuito fechado e arrefecimento da mistura a uma temperatura ambiente entre os 20º e os 30º, finalizando-se a desvulcanização.
