Abstract

A portable thermoelectric unit (1) having a face towards the body of a user comprises: - at least one flexible layer (2) comprising a non-woven fabric or fabric and / or a polymeric membrane facing the body; - a casing (3) having a thermally active area (8) and fixed to a distal face of the layer opposite the face towards the body so that the thermally active area (8) is in thermal exchange with the layer towards the body; - a thermoelectric heat pump device (4) housed in the casing (3) and configured to generate or absorb heat through the thermally active area (8) and the layer (2); - a fan (5) housed in the casing (3) and next to the thermoelectric device (4); - a channel (6) in the casing (3) next to the thermoelectric device (4) to receive a flow of air generated by the fan (5) in heat exchange with the thermoelectric device (4) and to guide said flow towards an opening distal (9) from the fan (5); - a heat exchanger (7) connected to the thermoelectric device (4) on the opposite side of the thermally active area (8) so as to receive the air flow generated by the fan (5) towards the channel (6).

La présente invention concerne une unité thermoélectrique portable (1) ayant une face dirigée vers le corps d'un utilisateur, ladite unité thermoélectrique portable comprenant : - au moins une couche souple (2) comprenant un tissu ou un tissu non tissé et/ou une membrane polymère faisant face au corps ; - un boîtier (3) ayant une zone thermoactive (8) et fixé à une face distale de la couche opposée à la face dirigée vers le corps de telle sorte que la zone thermoactive (8) soit en échange thermique avec la couche dirigée vers le corps ; - un dispositif de pompe à chaleur thermoélectrique (4) logé dans le boîtier (3) et configuré pour générer ou absorber de la chaleur à travers la zone thermoactive (8) et la couche (2) ; - un ventilateur (5) logé dans le boîtier (3) et à côté du dispositif thermoélectrique (4) ; - un canal (6) dans le boîtier (3) à côté du dispositif thermoélectrique (4) pour recevoir un flux d'air généré par le ventilateur (5) en échange de chaleur avec le dispositif thermoélectrique (4) et pour guider ledit flux vers une ouverture distale (9) à partir du ventilateur (5) ; - un échangeur de chaleur (7) relié au dispositif thermoélectrique (4) sur le côté opposé de la zone thermoactive (8) de sorte à recevoir le flux d'air généré par le ventilateur (5) vers le canal (6).
