Abstract

A homogenising valve (1) at high pressure, comprising: a valve body (2) defining a through hole having axial development with respect to the valve body (2); a piston housed in said through-hole; an inlet for fluid at high pressure; an outlet for homogenised fluid at low pressure; a lower annular chamber which receives the fluid at high pressure from the inlet; an upper annular chamber that provides the fluid at low pressure to the outlet; an annular passage head (10) interposed between the lower annular chamber and the upper annular chamber and made at least partially of ceramic material; a striking head (11) integrally coupled to the piston and having at least one outer layer (12) made of polycrystalline diamond or polycrystalline cubic boron nitride.

L'invention concerne une vanne d'homogénéisation (1) à haute pression comprenant : un corps de vanne (2) délimitant un trou traversant ayant un développement axial par rapport au corps de vanne (2) ; un piston logé dans ledit trou traversant ; une entrée destinée au fluide à haute pression ; une sortie destinée au fluide homogénéisé à basse pression ; une chambre annulaire inférieure qui reçoit le fluide à haute pression provenant de l'entrée ; une chambre annulaire supérieure qui fournit le fluide à basse pression à la sortie ; une tête de passage annulaire (10) interposée entre la chambre annulaire inférieure et la chambre annulaire supérieure et constituée au moins partiellement de matériau céramique ; une tête de frappe (11) accouplé d'un seul tenant au piston et ayant au moins une couche externe (12) constituée de diamant polycristallin ou de nitrure de bore cubique polycristallin.
