A method for forming a cellulose acetate based reduced graphene oxide (CA-rGO) layer includes selecting (1200) a substrate (302); spin-coating (1204) a cellulose acetate dispersion on the substrate (302) to obtain a cellulose acetate layer (304); and applying (1208) a given temperature profile to the cellulose acetate layer (304) to transform it into the CA-rGO layer (306).

La présente invention concerne un procédé de formation d'une couche d'oxyde de graphène réduit à base d'acétate de cellulose (CA-rGO) qui comprend la sélection (1200) d'un substrat (302) ; le dépôt à la tournette (1204) d'une dispersion d'acétate de cellulose sur le substrat (302) pour obtenir une couche d'acétate de cellulose (304) ; et l'application (1208) d'un profil de température donné à la couche d'acétate de cellulose (304) pour la transformer en une couche de CA-rGO (306).
