Abstract

Described herein is an inkjet ink composition for printing conductive traces. The inkjet ink composition comprises: polymer-capped metal nanoparticles; a first hydroxy compound, which is a monohydroxyl-substituted hydrocarbon comprising 1 to 6 carbon atoms; a second hydroxy compound, which is selected from a polyol, a monohydric ether and mixtures thereof; and water; wherein the weight ratio of water to first hydroxyl compound is in the range of 1:0.5 to 1:1.5; and wherein the weight ratio of water to second hydroxy compound is in the range of 1:0.5 to 1:1.5. Also described herein are a method of producing the inkjet ink composition and a method of printing conductive traces.

L'invention concerne une composition d'encre pour jet d'encre destinée à l'impression de traces conductrices. La composition d'encre pour jet d'encre comprend : des nanoparticules métalliques à coiffe polymère ; un premier composé hydroxy, qui est un hydrocarbure à substitution monohydroxyle comprenant de 1 à 6 atomes de carbone ; un second composé hydroxy, qui est choisi parmi un polyol, un éther monohydrique et leurs mélanges ; et de l'eau ; le rapport en poids entre l'eau et le premier composé hydroxyle étant situé dans la plage de 1:0,5 à 1:1,5 ; et le rapport en poids entre l'eau et le second composé hydroxy étant situé dans la plage de 1:0,5 à 1:1,5. L'invention concerne également un procédé de production de la composition d’encre pour jet d’encre et un procédé d’impression de traces conductrices.
