The present invention relates to compositions containing particles in suspension. More particularly, the present invention is based on the use of a polysaccharide and of a sulfur-containing compound, such as glutathione or cysteine, for suspending particles in a liquid composition. In one preferred embodiment, the composition contains alcohol, such as an alcoholic beverage or a fragrance.

La présente invention a trait aux compositions contenant des particules en suspension. Plus particulièrement, la présente invention repose sur l'utilisation d'un polysaccharide et d'un composé soufré tel que le glutathion ou la cystéine pour la mise en suspension de particules dans une composition liquide. Dans un mode de réalisation préféré, la composition contient de l'alcool telle une boisson alcoolisée ou un parfum.
