The invention relates to - a laminated glazing comprising a first glass sheet (1) constituting an external face of the glazing, connected to a second glass sheet (3) by a first interlayer adhesive layer (2), the edge of the first glass sheet (1) being set back with respect to that of the second (3), a peripheral part of the free surface of the first glass sheet (1), its edge face, that of the first interlayer adhesive layer (2) and a part of the surface of the second glass sheet (3) extending beyond the first (1) describing a continuous stepped contour which is covered, with interposition of adhesive (6), with a stepped element (7) made of polymer material which can contain reinforcing fillers, which exhibits a permeability to water vapor at most equal to 5 g/m2/day; - its process of manufacture; - its application (aeronautics, and the like).

L'invention concerne - un vitrage feuilleté comprenant une première feuille de verre (1) constituant une face extérieure du vitrage, reliée à une seconde feuille de verre (3) par une première couche adhésive intercalaire (2), le bord de la première feuille de verre (1) étant en retrait par rapport à celui de la seconde (3), une partie périphérique de la surface libre de la première feuille de verre (1), son chant, celui de la première couche adhésive intercalaire (2) et une partie de la surface de la seconde feuille de verre (3) débordant de la première (1) décrivant un contour continu en gradin qui est recouvert avec interposition de colle (6) par un élément en gradin (7) en matériau polymère pouvant contenir des charges de renforcement, qui présente une perméabilité à la vapeur d'eau au plus égale à 5 g/m2/jour; - son procédé de fabrication; - son application (aéronautique).
