Abstract

According to an aspect, there is provided a computing device. The computing device is configured to store user-specific data comprising information configured to set an automatic charging mode to at least one electric vehicle charging station determined by the user in a memory, the information comprising geographical coordinates of the at least one electric vehicle charging station; track geographical coordinates of the user based on geographical information received from a device of the user; detect when the user is within a predetermined distance from the at least one electric vehicle charging station by comparing the geographical coordinates of the user and the geographical coordinates of the at least one electric vehicle charging station; notify the user that a charging mode will be set to the at least one electric vehicle charging station; and send an authorized start-command to the at least one electric vehicle charging station to set the charging mode for the user.

Selon un aspect, l'invention concerne un dispositif informatique. Le dispositif informatique est configuré pour stocker des données spécifiques à l'utilisateur comprenant des informations configurées pour établir un mode de charge automatique à au moins une station de charge de véhicule électrique déterminée par l'utilisateur dans une mémoire, les informations comprenant des coordonnées géographiques de la ou des stations de charge de véhicule électrique; suivre des coordonnées géographiques de l'utilisateur sur la base d'informations géographiques reçues en provenance d'un dispositif de l'utilisateur; détecter lorsque l'utilisateur se trouve à une distance prédéterminée de la ou des stations de charge de véhicule électrique par comparaison des coordonnées géographiques de l'utilisateur et des coordonnées géographiques de la ou des stations de charge de véhicule électrique; notifier à l'utilisateur qu'un mode de charge sera défini sur la ou les stations de charge de véhicule électrique; et envoyer une commande de démarrage autorisée à la ou aux stations de charge de véhicule électrique pour définir le mode de charge pour l'utilisateur.
