Lageranordnung (1), umfassend eine Welle (2) und ein Gehäuse (3), wobei zwischen Welle und Gehäuse ein Lager (4) angeordnet ist und wobei dem Lager eine Dichtung (5) zugeordnet ist, welche den Gehäusespalt (6) zwischen Welle und Gehäuse in Richtung der Umgebung (7) abdichtet, wobei die Dichtung einen Tragring (8) aus elektrisch isolierendem Material und eine an dem Tragring festgelegte Dichtscheibe (9) aufweist, wobei die Dichtscheibe elektrisch leitfähig ausgerüstet ist und an der Welle dichtend anliegt, wobei eine Auswerteeinheit (10) vorgesehen ist, welche mit dem Gehäuse und der Dichtscheibe elektrisch leitend verbunden ist, wobei die Auswerteeinheit ausgerüstet ist, eine zwischen Gehäuse und Dichtscheibe im dynamischen Betrieb entstehende elektrische Spannung abzubauen und den elektrischen Widerstand zwischen Gehäuse und Dichtscheibe zu erfassen und Verfahren zur Zustandsüberwachung der Lageranordnung.

The invention relates to a bearing assembly (1) comprising a shaft (2) and a housing (3), a bearing (4) being arranged between shaft and housing, and a seal (5), which seals the housing gap (6) between shaft and housing in the direction of the environment (7), being associated with the bearing. The seal has a support ring (8), which is made from electrically insulating material, and a sealing disc (9), which is fixed to the support ring. The sealing disc is electrically conductive and sealingly abuts the shaft. An evaluation unit (10) is provided which is electrically conductively connected to the housing and the sealing disc, the evaluation unit being equipped to reduce an electrical voltage occurring between housing and sealing disc in dynamic operation and to detect the electrical resistance between housing and sealing disc. The invention also relates to a method for monitoring the state of the bearing assembly.

La présente invention concerne un ensemble palier (1) qui comporte un arbre (2) et un boîtier (3). Un palier (4) est disposé entre l’arbre et le boîtier, et un joint d’étanchéité (5) est associé au palier et étanchéifie l’intervalle de boîtier (6) entre l’arbre et le boîtier en direction de l’extérieur (7). Le joint d’étanchéité comprend un anneau porteur (8), fait d’un matériau électriquement isolant, et un disque étanche fixé à l’anneau porteur (9), le disque étanche est conçu électroconducteur et repose de manière étanche contre l’arbre. L’ensemble palier comprend également une unité d’évaluation (10) qui est en liaison électroconductrice avec le boîtier et le disque étanche. L'unité d'évaluation est conçue pour réduire une tension électrique produite entre le boîtier et le disque étanche au cours du fonctionnement dynamique et pour détecter la résistance électrique entre le boîtier et le disque étanche. La présente invention concerne en outre un procédé de surveillance d’état de l’ensemble palier.
