The invention is in the field of surgical procedures and concerns in particular to methods for spinal surgery. A first aspect of the present invention refers to a method for the treatment of spinal stenosis comprising a step of cutting off a muscle origin or insertion from a spinous process, a step of cutting off the spinous process at the transition to the lamina arcus vertebrae, a step of at least partial resection of the lamina arcus vertebrae and thereby decompression of the spinal cord within the foramen vertebral, a step of performing osteosynthesis of the spinous process and a step of placing a suture anchor within the spinous process and reattaching the muscle origin or insertion to the spinous process. A second aspect of the invention refers to methods of for spine stabilization, wherein suture anchors are used to implement a tension band wiring. A third aspect of the invention refers to methods for reduction of unwanted effects after spinal treatment. The invention concerns further a suture anchor, in particular a suture anchor that can be used in said methods.

L'invention se situe dans le domaine des interventions chirurgicales et concerne en particulier des procédés de chirurgie rachidienne. Un premier aspect de la présente invention concerne un procédé pour le traitement d'une sténose rachidienne comprenant une étape consistant à couper une origine musculaire ou une insertion à partir d'une apophyse épineuse, une étape consistant à couper l'apophyse épineuse au niveau de la transition vers la lame vertébrale, une étape de résection au moins partielle de la lame vertébrale et de décompression consécutive de la moelle épinière à l'intérieur du foramen vertébral, une étape de réalisation d'une ostéosynthèse de l'apophyse épineuse et une étape de placement d'un ancrage de suture à l'intérieur de l'apophyse épineuse et de rattachement de l'origine musculaire ou de l'insertion à l'apophyse épineuse. Un second aspect de l'invention concerne des procédés de stabilisation de la colonne vertébrale, dans lesquels des ancrages de suture sont utilisés pour mettre en oeuvre une ligature à bande de tension. Un troisième aspect de l'invention concerne des procédés de réduction d'effets indésirables après un traitement rachidien. L'invention concerne en outre un ancrage de suture, en particulier un ancrage de suture qui peut être utilisé dans lesdits procédés.
