Verfahren zur Bereitstellung eines Partikelmaterials aus einem zumindest im Wesentlichen metallischen und/oder keramischen Ausgangsmaterial, umfassend die folgenden Schritte: a) Erzeugen des Partikelmaterials aus dem Ausgangsmaterial durch Verdampfen des Ausgangsmaterials durch Eintrag von Energie, bevorzugt von Strahlungsenergie, insbesondere mittels mindestens eines Lasers, in das Ausgangsmaterial und anschließendes zumindest teilweises Kondensieren des verdampften Ausgangsmaterials, b) Sammeln des Partikelmaterials in mindestens einer Aufnahme- und/oder Transporteinrichtung, insbesondere mindestens einem Behälter, c) Aufnehmen, insbesondere Lagern, und/oder Transportieren des Partikelmaterials in der Aufnahme- und/oder Transporteinrichtung und/oder in einer weiteren Aufnahme- und/oder Transporteinrichtung derart, dass es für einen Folgeprozess verwendbar ist, insbesondere in einem Zustand zumindest nicht dauerhafter Passivierung, und d) Bereitstellung des Partikelmaterials für den Folgeprozess.

The invention relates to a method for providing a particle material from an at least substantially metallic and/or ceramic feedstock, comprising the following steps: a) creating the particle material from the feedstock by evaporating the feedstock through the introduction of energy, preferably radiation energy, more particularly by means of at least one laser, into the feedstock and then at least partially condensing the evaporated feedstock, b) collecting the particle material in at least one receiving and/or transporting device, more particularly at least one container, c) receiving, more particularly storing, and/or transporting the particle material in the receiving and/or transporting device and/or in a further receiving and/or transporting device such that the particle material can be used for a subsequent process, more particularly in a state of at least not permanent passivation, and d) providing the particle material for the subsequent process.
