Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Faserverbundbauteils (2), wobei in dem Faserverbundbauteil (2) eine Sensorvorrichtung (1) mit einem flexiblen Schaltungsträger (3) und/oder einem Sensormodul (4), insbesondere einem mikromechanischen Beschleunigungssensormodul, integriert ist, mit den Schritten: • Beschicken eines Werkzeugs (30) zur Herstellung des Faserverbundbauteils (2) mit Textillagen und der Sensorvorrichtung; • Schließen, insbesondere luftdichtes Verschließen, des beschickten Werkzeugs und Komprimieren der Textillagen und der Sensorvorrichtung; Einleiten einer flüssigen Matrix (10), insbesondere eines Harzes, insbesondere eines Reinharzes, in das verschlossene Werkzeug (30) zur Herstellung des Faserverbundbauteils (2); • Erfassen, insbesondere in Echtzeit, einer Beschleunigung in Bezug auf das Einleiten und/oder das Verschließen mittels der Sensorvorrichtung (1) und/oder des Sensormoduls (4) der Sensorvorrichtung (1); • Ableiten und/oder Bewerten eines Prozessparameters des Herstellungsverfahrens in Abhängigkeit von der erfassten Beschleunigung.

L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'un élément composite renforcé de fibres (2), un dispositif capteur (1) muni d'un support de circuit flexible (3) et/ou d'un module capteur (4), en particulier d'un module capteur d'accélération micromécanique, étant intégré dans ledit élément composite renforcé de fibres (2), lequel procédé comprend les étapes suivantes : • chargement d'un moule (30) pour la fabrication de l'élément composite renforcé de fibres (2) présentant des couches textiles et du dispositif capteur ; • fermeture, en particulier scellement étanche à l'air, du moule chargé et compression des couches textiles et du dispositif capteur ; introduction d'une matrice fluide (10), en particulier d'une résine, en particulier d'une résine pure, dans le moule (30) scellé pour la fabrication de l'élément composite renforcé de fibres (2) ; • détection, en particulier en temps réel, d'une accélération par rapport à l'introduction et/ou la fermeture au moyen du dispositif capteur (1) et/ou du module capteur (4) du dispositif capteur (1) ; • dérivation et/ou évaluation d'un paramètre de processus du procédé de fabrication en fonction de l'accélération détectée.
