Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Faserverbundbauteils, insbesondere eines Karosserieteils für ein Fahrzeug, mit den Schritten: Einlegen mindestens einer Sensorvorrichtung auf und/oder zwischen Textillagen zur Herstellung des Faserverbundbauteils in ein Werkzeug, wobei die Sensorvorrichtung mindestens ein Sensormodul und mindestens eine mit dem Sensormodul verbundene Anschlussleitung zum elektrischen Kontaktieren des Sensormoduls aufweist, wobei die Anschlussleitung als flexibler Schaltungsträger, insbesondere als Leiterfolie, ausgebildet ist; Integrieren und Verbinden der Sensorvorrichtung mit den Textillagen mittels des Werkzeugs.

The invention relates to a method for producing a fiber composite component, in particular a body part for a vehicle, having the steps of: inserting at least one sensor device on and/or between textile layers into a tool in order to produce the fiber composite component, said sensor device having at least one sensor module and at least one connection line which is connected to the sensor module for electrically contacting the sensor module, wherein the connection line is designed as a flexible circuit carrier, in particular as a conductor foil; and integrating and connecting the sensor device to the textile layers using the tool.

Procédé de fabrication d'un élément composite renforcé de fibres, en particulier d'un élément de carrosserie pour un véhicule, qui comprend les étapes suivantes : insertion d'au moins un dispositif capteur sur et/ou entre des couches textiles pour la fabrication de l'élément composite renforcé de fibres dans un moule, le dispositif capteur comprenant au moins un module capteur et au moins une ligne de raccordement, reliée au module capteur, pour la mise en contact électrique du module capteur, la ligne de raccordement étant réalisée sous forme de support de circuit flexible, en particulier sous forme de film conducteur ; intégration et assemblage du dispositif capteur et des couches textiles au moyen du moule.
