Disclosed are glucose-dependent insulinotropic peptide (GIP) -derived peptide analogues which are antagonists of the GIP receptor. These GIP peptide analogues are modified by comprising one or more individual amino acid substitutions and are fatty acid conjugated with/without a linker, so to have improved antagonistic activity and improved pharmacokinetic profile.

L'invention concerne des analogues peptidiques dérivés du peptide insulinotrope (GIP) dépendant du glucose qui sont des antagonistes du récepteur de GIP. Ces analogues peptidiques de GIP sont modifiés par incorporation d'une ou de plusieurs substitutions d'acides aminés individuelles et sont des acides gras conjugués avec/sans lieur, de manière à avoir une activité antagoniste améliorée et un bon profil pharmacocinétique.
