Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Herstellen eines Präkursormaterials (10) für eine elektrochemische Zelle. Das Verfahren umfasst dabei die Schritte des Einbringens eines Matrixmaterials (18) in ein Wirbelbett (40), und des Einbringens eines Trägermediums(48) und eines deagglomerierten Carbon-Nano-Tube-Materials (22) in das Wirbelbett(40), so dass das Carbon-Nano-Tube-Material (22) mit dem Trägermedium (48) auf dem Matrixmaterial (18) aufgebracht und dieses damit granuliert wird, wobei das Carbon-Nano-Tube-Material (22) vor dem Einbringen in dem Trägermedium (48) suspendiert und deagglomeriert wurde,und/oder sich das im Wirbelbett (40) deagglomeriert vorliegende Carbon-Nano-Tube-Material (22) im Wirbelbett (40) mit dem Trägermedium(48) löst.

The present invention relates to a method for producing a precursor material (10) for an electrochemical cell. The method comprises the steps of adding a matrix material (18) to a fluidized bed (40), and adding a carrier medium (48) and a de-agglomerated carbon nanotube material (22) to the fluidized bed (40), so that the carbon nanotube material (22) and the carrier medium (48) is applied to the matrix material (18) and the latter is granulated therewith, wherein the carbon nanotube material (22) has been suspended and de-agglomerated prior to addition to the carrier medium (48), and/or the carbon nanotube material (22) present in de-agglomerated form in the fluidized bed (40) dissolving with the carrier medium (48) in the fluidized bed (40).

L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'un matériau précurseur (10) pour une cellule électrochimique. Le procédé comporte les étapes d'introduction d'un matériau matriciel (18) dans un lit fluidisé (40) et d'introduction d'un milieu support (48) et d'un matériau à nanotubes de carbone désaggloméré (22) dans le lit fluidisé (40) de telle manière que le matériau à nanotubes de carbone (22) soit appliqué sur la matériau matriciel (18) avec le milieu support (48) et que celui-ci soit ainsi granulé. Avant introduction dans le milieu support (48), le matériau à nanotubes de carbone (22) a été mis en suspension et désaggloméré et/ou le matériau à nanotubes de carbone (22) présent sous forme désagglomérée dans le lit fluidisé (40) se dissout avec le milieu support (48) dans le lit fluidisé (40).
